Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah has officially terminated his contract with Ukrainian Premier League side Arsenal Kiev after the club was declared bankrupt. In a statement released through his agent Christain Emile, the 2009 Fifa Youth World Cup MVP, will be able to join any club of his choice on a free transfer because of the current financial predicament of the Kiev side which has resulted in the club opting out of the top flight. �Arsenal Kiev are being declared bankrupt and in fact have stopped competing in the Ukrainian Premier League. To my knowledge, unless there is a miracle, the club will cease to exist,� Emile�s statement read in part. �Under these circumstances and the club�s inability to fulfill their financial obligations towards the player, the contract between Dominic Adiyiah and Arsenal Kiev has been terminated by mutual consent.
