Stakeholders in the Petroleum sector have met officials of the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum to deliberate on issues concerning the passage of the petroleum local content and local participation regulations L.I 2204. The meeting was in response to some concerns raised by some International Oil Companies regarding some provisions in the law. The Minister of Energy, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah, gave the assurance of his ministry's commitment to collaborate with ICO's in the implementation of the LI to ensure a win-win situation for all.
