Perhaps the greatest faculty our minds possess is the ability to cope with pain. Classic thinking teaches us of the four doors of the mind, which everyone moves through according to their need. First is the door of sleep which offers us a retreat from the world and all its pain. Second is the door of forgetting, though some wounds are too deep to heal, or too deep to heal quickly. Third is the door of madness. There are times when the mind is dealt such a blow it hides itself in insanity. Last is the door of death (final resort). Nothing can hurt us after we are dead, but ex-Ghanaian International football star, Nii Odartey Lamptey has chosen to see a psychologist after he recently discovered shockingly, that all 3 children he has fathered with his wife for the past 20-years are not his biological children. According to Dr. Anne Gaze (Psychologist) of Valley View Clinic, the ex-footballer after discovering he did not father his 3 kids has called on her for counseling. �After his case, he has been visiting me for counseling. What is going on is really worrying him (Odartey Lamptey). People are taking it from different angles and some of the issues are very sensitive which must not be in the public. ��He is very depressed and much stressed but by the grace of God, we are working on him and he will be fine,� she said. Nii Ordartey Lamptey suspected the wife of infidelity and asked for a DNA test on all the children only to discover that he is not the biological father of all the three children. According to reports, the woman known as Gloria claims Odartey is infertile, and that it was her husband who suggested for an artificial insemination. Speaking on Adom FM, Dr. Anne Gaze opined that the allegation made by Mrs. Gloria (Odartey Lamptey wife) is fabricated. �I can�t go into details in this matter because the matter is in court. But what I can say is that, my client is very innocent, it is true the children are not his after the DNA test. My client is very potent and he can function. I have 1,000 percent evidence that he is very potent,� she said.
