Thousands of passengers were stuck at Gatwick today as they battled to get home for Christmas after 105 flights to and from the airport were cancelled. EasyJet was forced to cancel 83 flights while British Airways had to axe 22 services yesterday because of power cuts following Monday night's storm. Problems at the North Terminal of the London airport caused by the failure of two substations also saw six easyJet flights postponed until tomorrow.
