Ghana Sports has gathered that Mohammed Polo has been told at a meeting held on Christmas Eve to win all his first three matches when the second round of matches resume next month or face the sack.
Mohammed Polo�s Hearts of Oak play Wa All Stars at home, Aduana Stars in Dormaa Ahenkro and a home match against Ebusua Dwarfs when the league returns in February 2014.
According to sources available to the paper, the board chairman Togbe Afede XIV and other board members are not pleased with Polo and a decision will soon be taken as to whether he will continue as coach.
Ghana Sports have also learnt that, a new coach is likely to take over from the ex-black stars legend.
The source says the new trainer met with the club�s Chief Executive Officer, Neil Armstrong Motagbe during the Christmas Eve and arrangement and plans are far advanced for the new trainer to lead the Phobian family.
The said meeting took place at the residence of the board chairman, Togbe Afede XIV.
