Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS), a special business unit within Vodafone Ghana continues to sign on more companies, both in the private and public sectors to provide them with fixed data, fixed voice and mobile services. The unit, launched in 2010, serves large, medium and small businesses and government agencies by providing and maintaining network based IT and communication solutions, as well as supporting companies in making the best investment in communication which enables them connect better with customers. Vodafone Business Solutions in July 2013 launched its brand campaign to assure the business community of its reliable and affordable services in providing varied ICT services and solutions under the theme �Always There,� which was in response to business needs to form strong partnerships with trusted suppliers. Samsung C&T, the International Central Gospel Church-Hebron Temple at Weija, White Sands Hotel, Bank of Africa and the Sunyani Polytechnic, among others, were the major organisations to be signed, in the last two months. VBS, will among other things, provide a range of services, including customized telecommunications solutions for both staff and customers of these institutions. Mrs.Lucy Quist, Director for Vodafone Solutions said the unit has a dedicated team that ensures that customer complaints are resolved in good time. She stated that the unit offers the best products which suit the specific needs of companies. �We are thrilled to be signing on new companies including Small to Medium Scale Enterprises, Corporate organisations and Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MMDAs) and educational institutions�, she added.
