He's a huge fan of tattoos and he has already amassed a collection of over 20 inkings - and now Justin Bieber has unveiled a new musical note design behind his ear - his fourth design this year. The new piece of art comes just a day after the singer revealed an inking of a joker on his forearm, which he has since had coloured in and a compass on his tricep.
