NPPs Problem Is Administrative Lapses - Yaw Buabeng Asamoah

A General Secretary aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Yaw Buabeng Asamoah has attributed the current problems in the party to bad management. The problems facing the partys rank and file is not a human resource problem, neither is it a financial problem but rather a lapse in the partys administrative structures, he said. Mr. Yaw Buabeng Asamoah was addressing staff of the partys headquarters at Asylum Down in Accra, to formally inform them of his bid to run for the office of the General Secretary. No political party in Ghana, according to Mr. Asamoah, has the kind of human resources that the NPP is blessed with. Making reference to the election petition case, he said, the alacrity with which party faithful were able to gather sufficient evidence across the country within a space of days to be presented before the Supreme Court shows the kind of people we have in NPP. He promised to ensure the partys managerial and administrative structures are well oiled and adequately drilled to work effectively and efficiently to secure victory in 2016. When l become the next General Secretary, I will work with anybody that the party elect to serve in the interest of the party, he stated. Mr. Buabeng Asamoah urged the party members to support him as he continues his nationwide campaign to become the next chief scribe of the party. He called on the Party faithful to show respect to one another during this period of internal campaign and advised them to be decorous in their dealings with each other.
