Justin Bieber's egg-throwing investigation has taken another bizarre turn as it has emerged that his close pal Lil Za was reportedly been arrested for a second time yesterday for vandalism while being held at a Los Angeles jail. This came just hours after he had been taken into custody for possession of drugs following a raid at the famous singer's house.
