Comedienne Joan Rivers outraged fans after she said Kim Kardashian and Kanye West�s daughter was ugly and �in need of waxing�.
The controversial 80-year-old appears to have taken her comedy routine a step too far after she used seven-month-old North West as material during a stand-up show at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles.
