Arnold Schwarzenegger is a former bodybuilder and Mr. Universe, so there's not many people who could be a better personal trainer than him and the actor was keen to share his fitness skills with others, as he went undercover at a gym recently. Arnold was promoting health and fitness in a bid to raise money for an after-school programme and he dressed as a personal trainer at a Gold's Gym in California.
