Health officials announced Friday that more than 300 people aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship have become ill, forcing the company to cut the Caribbean cruise short in order to sanitize the boat. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a press release Friday announcing that 281 of the ship's 3,050 passengers reported vomiting and having diarrhea.
