Bring Losers On Board � Nana Addo

The Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2012 elections, Nana Akufo Addo has charged the newly elected regional executives of the party to reach out to all candidates who failed to win contested positions in the just ended regional elections. �For those who won, please reach out to bring on board every member and supporter of the Party in our efforts towards a strong and effective campaign for a clear and resounding victory in 2016.�� According to him the party needs the efforts of everyone in their quest for victory in the 2016 general elections. In a post on his Facebook wall Nana Addo stressed on the need for unity so as to serve as a better alternative to the people of Ghana. �We need unity now to reinforce our front to offer a more attractive and competent alternative to the people of Ghana.'' �I congratulate all members of the Party who participated in the regional executive elections held yesterday [Saturday]. For those who lost, I wish you better luck next time and, more importantly, I urge you to stay fully engaged in our efforts to reorganise the party for the general elections of 2016,�� the statement added. The New Patriotic Party on Saturday elected new executives for all the ten regions in the country. The regional elections saw 267 candidates contesting various positions in the party at the regional level. The party will elect its National Executives in March, 2014.
