The family of the late Ace broadcaster, Komla Dumor, has officially informed the president of the republic, John Dramani Mahama about the death of their beloved son at flagstaff House yesterday. The delegation was led by the paramount chief of the Aflao Traditional Area, Togbi Amenya Fiti V, and some of the siblings of the late komla Dumor. Togbi Amenya Fiti V, said, the body of the late komla Dumor will be received soon from London, and the whole Ghanaian public will be informed about their arrangements for the burial and funeral rites. He used the opportunity to also thank the Ghanaian public and even the international world for showing love to the family during the demise of their son. President Mahama who welcomed the family to the flagstaff House, said, the demise of komla Dumor, is a loss to the whole world and not only to Ghana. He said, its unfortunate for a young man like their son to die with the kind of knowledge he has at the international level, and how he was able to raise the image of Ghana high. President Mahama in response said the state will do whatever it takes to give komla Dumor a befitting burial, and also called on the family not to hesitate to inform the presidency in case of any need.
