One may say perhaps he was moved by the huge crowd gathered to welcome him or he was surprised at how far the rumour of his death had gone. The gossip about Otumfuos death which was all over social network about a week ago raised a lot of uneasiness amongst the people of the Ashanti Kingdom and Ghana as a whole. Though Manhyia palace denied the rumour, many were not convinced until Otumfuo was seen live on television during Ghanas CHAN finals in South Africa.
