The newly appointed Police Commander for Western Region DCOP Alex Quainoo has send a caution signal to Criminals leaving in the region to either change their lives to become good people or better leave the region. He said when the information about his tranfer got to him, he was not suprise because that is the nature of the work and it requires sudden action and emergency movements.
