Justin Bieber is celebrating turning 20 today and he will no doubt be looking forward to putting the past 12 months behind him as he tries to move away from his bad-boy image - and in order to help him, his manager Scooter Braun has sent him birthday wishes as he continues to show support.
Scooter has been with the troubled popstar from the very beginning and he's definitely had his work cut out recently, with Biebs being arrested in Miami Beach and handing himself in in Toronto for the alleged attack on a limo driver during a night out, but it seems like the pair are still the best of friends.
