A District Chief Executive (DCE) has appealed to Ghanaians. especially public office holders and the youth to channel their energies, dynamism and creativity to help create a more prosperous nation.
The DCE for Twifo �Hemang Lower Denkyira, Mr Kofi Korankye Sakyi also appealed to Ghanaians to keep striving to achieve excellence in political independence, economic prosperity, literacy and good health.
He had earlier inspected a contingent of about 1,000 people made up of school children, voluntary organizations and market women to commemorate 57th independence anniversary Celebrations at Twifo Hemang.
The Member of Parliament for area, Mr. Joseph Andoh, urged the people to patronize Made-in-Ghana goods to help improve the country�s economy.
The Omanhene of Twifo-Hemang Traditional Area, Nana Sasraku II was among the dignitaries who attended the parade.
