Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were reportedly caressing each other while out for a breakfast date in Texas Friday.
The on-and-off couple were spotted having a coffee at Starbucks in McAllen, Texas in the early afternoon after visiting area restaurant Don Pepe�s earlier, according to TMZ.
