The Chief Executive Officer of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC), George Smith Graham, says suspending the implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy, (SSSS) is not a panacea to the challenges facing the scheme.
He told Radio Ghana's Agatha Asamoah on �Behind the News� that, it will not be in the interest of workers, government and the social partners to defer the implementation of the policy.
He said the Commission together with the stakeholders will rather discuss the best option of finding solution to the challenges rather than its suspension or cancellation.
