Glo To Send 25 Fans To Brazil

Glo Mobile Ghana, a subsidiary of Globacom, Africa�s indigenous telecommunications network, has launched a special World Cup campaign to reward their customers and dealers in the country. The campaign dubbed, �Let�s go Brazil� is a unique package for pre-paid customers of the network to show appreciation to them for their commitment and loyalty to the network. A total of 25 Ghanaians, made up of 22 subscribers and three dealers would be on an-all expenses paid trip to Brazil to support the Black Stars during the 2014 World Cup. Launching the campaign, Akeem Kazeem, Head of Business, Glo Mobile, Ghana, said subscribers would be required to recharge their lines with a minimum of 15.00ghc talk time to participate in the competition. He said the campaign is an evidence of their commitment to the development and promotion of football in Ghana, adding that �Let�s go Brazil� is a perfect recipe for the creative infusion of fun and excitement in the sport. Kazeem said subscribers who would be selected but may fail to make the trip would be considered winners by Glo and would be entitled to a take home sum of GHc5,000. According to Kazeem, subscribers who would not be among the 25 lucky winners would be entitled to attractive consolation prizes, and urged subscribers to patronise the promotions. He said customers had now up till the end of May to participate in the campaign so they could get the opportunity to go and watch the World Cup tournament live in Brazil.
