Peaches Geldof has died today at the age of 25, hours after posting a picture of herself and her late mother Paula Yates on Instagram.
The married mother of two young sons was found by police at her house in Wrotham, Kent, at 1.35pm.
Kent Police described the death as 'sudden' and 'unexplained'.
