The President of the Ghana Football Association and chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee, Kwesi Nyantekyi, says there would be no wives and girlfriends in the camp of the Black Stars during world cup 2014, Ghanasportsonline can reveal. Asked specifically on the official position of the GFA regarding the suggestion by ex-Black Stars captain Stephen Appiah that the Black Stars players be allowed to have their spouses around them during the upcoming world cup in Brazil, President Nyantekyi said. �There is no need for the players to have their wives and girlfriends by them during the world cup. Nothing is going to change, this is our third world cup and the status quo wouldn�t change. We have our camp rules and we will stick to it,� President Nyantekyi said. The GFA capo is currently in Cape Coast for the inauguration of the Central Regional Football Association�s office complex at the Robert Mensah Stadium.
