All roads will be leading to Kintampo in the Brong Ahafo Region this weekend for the funeral and burial of a sister of Ghana�s First Lady, Mrs. Lordina Mahama.
Mrs. Mercy Yaa Ankomah, 54, who was married to Mr. Timothy Ayi Ankomah and is the First Lady�s Elder Sister passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra. She will be buried this Saturday, April 26 at Kintampo after being laid in state at the College of health in Kintampo.
Auntie Mercy as she was affectionately called is survived by five children.
National Democratic Congress Members, Government appointees, public are preparing to grace the occasion to pay their last respect to Auntie Mercy and also solidarize with the First Lady.
