Miley Cyrus is feeling "much better" according to her father Billy Ray who attended the iHeart Radio Awards in Los Angeles last night, where he insisted despite her recent health scare the Wrecking Ball beauty would be back on stage this weekend as the Bangerz tour resumes. The 21 year-old was forced to miss a string of dates last month after she suffered a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics which saw her hospitalised on Apirl 15.
