A Labour Consultant, Austin Gamey, has blamed the low level of productivity in the country to lack of clear-cut policies which outline specific targets and how to achieve them at work places. Interacting with Radio Ghana, Mr Gamey said employers need to set targets and collaborate effectively with employees to achieve them. He also asked government to use experts in addressing conflicts on the labour front.
