Tigo Launches �Crazy Fans� Ahead Of Brazil 2014 World Cup

Telecommunication giant, Tigo has launched a campaign nicknamed �Crazy Fan� to reward their customers and zealous Ghanaians football fanatics during the upcoming FIFA World Cup tournament which is to be staged in Brazil. Tigo will be developing globally, an online campaign to capture and celebrate memorable moments of groups and individuals, via pictures and videos during the soccer season. The telecommunication firm will authentically be the brand behind the �madness� across Ghana during and after any Black Stars match in Brazil. Fans will be able to access highlights on their �feature� and �smart phones� via the Tigo Football Madness hub on Facebook. Speaking at the launching of the campaign, the Chief Executive Officer of Tigo Ghana, Ms. Roshi Motman, said that �Tigo Ghana recognizes the significance of football in Ghana as the passion of the nation�. She however noted that, �Tigo is always looking for opportunities to engage with customers and the whole country and this football season will be no exception�. As part of the campaign, Tigo will also be staging several road shows and experience centres across the country during the World Cup period.
