The Ghana Football Association has confirmed its participation in the 2014 COSAFA Cup.
Ghana is the only side from outside the Southern region to join in the tournament to be staged by Botswana from 13-27 September.
Acting General Secretary of the GFA, Emmanuel Gyimah confirmed Ghana's inclusion in the 14-team regional tournament.
According to organizers, there will be two first round groups, and the winners will proceed to the knockout phase of the competition.
