Katy Perry covers the new issue of Rolling Stone (on stands Friday) in her trademark acid-green hair and candy-colored clothing, and while she doesn't reveal anything too scandalous, she does admit that she does think about having little neon-loving children at some point in the future.
"I want to be doing that in the right time," Katy told the magazine.
