Oak Plaza Hotel Becomes The First To Run The Lobster Ink Training Program In Ghana

Last Saturday, management of the Oak Plaza Group of Hotels hosted some selected pressmen from the media fraternity. The purpose for the gathering was to celebrate the Oak Plaza Hotels and Ghana. The General Manager of the plush facility used the forum to formally introduce their new Group Executive Chef, Duncan Wales and shared with us, his vast experience in the creation of the most exquisite meal experiences. We also welcome on board our new Group Food and Beverage Manager Nahshon Matheka. He brings a wealth of knowledge in liquid cuisine. He excites the palate with exotic drinks, blending his years of experience in Dubai with those from his native country Kenya. We continue to redefine standards by taking our corporate social responsibilities seriously. With our key focus on education we work with AMSCO the African Management Services Company to ensure that relevant and appropriate knowledge is transferred to our staff. We are also the only hotel in Ghana running the Lobster Ink training programs. This is an internationally recognized training program that allows our staff to acquire world class skills.
