ASP Yeboah said when the accused persons realised that people were monitoring their movements, they left the area. The prosecutor said not long after, the two returned to the complainants shop which further raised the suspicion of the witnesses in the case. The prosecutor said the following morning when Yohanes went to his shop, he realised that the shop had been broken into. After taking stock of his items, he realised that 56 assorted mobile phones valued at Gh4,735; phone accessories valued at Gh2,205, assorted phone credit cards valued at Gh500, four vodaphone modems valued at Gh220, three MTN modems valued at Gh165 and GH3,000 cash had been stolen.
