NPP Need Calmness And Peace - Vote For Asabee

On Holy Sunday, 31st August 2014 our great party, NPP, will take a giant step towards winning the 2016 general elections. As the Special Delegate College go to the polls, I wish to humbly appeal to all NPP members across the country to pray for God's Grace on our party and country on that day, and the journey to the 2016 general elections. We must be guided by the fear of the Lord to conduct ourselves in a manner that will bring blessings. We remind ourselves that God created us in His own image and that the pursuit of political power is part of God's own design for mankind to live peacefully with each other and organise ourselves orderly on earth. I humbly call on all our delegates to be focused and think of victory in 2016 general elections. It is the bigger picture that must occupy our minds. We must conduct ourselves in a manner that promotes brotherly engagements throughout our journey towards the objective of securing victory for the entire party in 2016. Our unity of purpose must not only be on our lips but also acted upon, both publicly and in our private discourse. Our internal processes in choosing a flagbearer, is a family affair and must not degenerate into unhealthy rivalry. Our mission is to work hard to bring change in the administration of this country for all Ghanaians to live peacefully and in happiness. It is this reason that has motivated me to participate in the party's flagbearership race and to pursue that agenda. On my part, I pray that my message of hope to bring refreshing change in our party and in the lives of all Ghanaians will be on the minds of our delegates as they cast their votes this Sunday and in the final decider. I promise to serve the party, and not the other way round. I will care for, communicate and recognise in a way that motivates our people, building commitment and loyalty to our course. I value people and will create a culture that allows mutually beneficial achievements of the party, the nation and personal goals. We need a grassroots Candidate to beat the NDC and win power for the party. My short-term vision is to ensure "Stability and Progress in NPP for Victory 2016. My medium to long-term vision is for "A Country Working to Deliver to Best Practices". The party, and for that matter the suffering people of Ghana, cannot afford these harsh economic conditions under the NDC government. A vote for Asabee means our refreshing change message will be taken in a house-to-house campaign to all Ghanaians, particularly our rural folks. We will engage the NDC propagandists in the farmland; in the canoes on the seas, lakes and our beaches; in our churches and mosques; in the drinking spots; in our market places; on the airwaves; in schools; on football pitches; and even under the mango and acacia trees. Indeed wherever the Ghanaian is found, we will be there carrying our message of Refreshing Change to the people. We will prepare and move. I carry one message to our grassroots; Don't sit down waiting for anyone. I say, Just Do It!!! Do it well and different, and with a good heart and a good mind NPP will bring refreshing change to the lives of people. God has a new plan for Ghana and our finest hours are before us. We must, together, go for it. Better Ghana is not good enough. The Best is yet to come through Refreshing Change Signed Stephen Asamoah Boateng
