Editor Assaulted By Asamoah Gyan's Brother Undergoes Head Scan (PHOTOS)

The Ashanti Regional Correspondent of Graphic, Daniel Kenu, who was assaulted by Baffour Gyan, a senior brother of Black Star captain Asamoah Gyan, and some thugs last Friday, has undergone a head scan at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi. The scan on Kenu was undertaken Monday morning after suffering some complications from the assault. The result of the scan is not yet known. Baffour, himself a former player of the national team, allegedly led the assault, which landed the journalist in hospital for treatment. The former star was said to have been angry at the journalist for asking his younger brother at a press conference ahead of last Saturdays Ghana-Uganda match in Kumasi to clear the air on the disappearance of hiplife musician, Castro, while holidaying with the captain at Ada Foah after the Brazil World Cup a few weeks ago. A group of young football fans taunted Asamoah Gyan during one of the Stars training sessions last Wedneday morning at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, demanding the whereabouts of the Castro. The police later arrested two the fans, who were cautioned and released.
