The Ashanti Regional Editor of the Graphic Communications Group Limited, Mr Daniel Kenu has sworn to take the assault case to the full length, no matter what it takes. On Monday, a KMA court in the Ashanti Region, adjourned Baffour�s Gyan�s case because his lawyers were seeking to settle the case out of court. But the journalist who has practiced for more than 20 years, have sworn never to accept an out of court settlement because the Gyan brothers need to be taught a lesson; �they cannot take the law into their own hands because of the money they have� Kenu noted his case is not the first and that the Gyan brothers have been bullying people because they think �they have money� It seems like the woes of Baffour Gyan is far from reaching a closure as Kenu, apart from the criminal case, has also decided to file a civil suit against the elder brother of Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan. �I will not accept an out of court settlement. They think they are so powerful, they have money and so they can call the bluff of anybody�I want to file a civil suit as well; because of their money they bully people. I will fight to the end. We are going full length� he told Kwami Sefa Kayi on PEACE FM.
