Anyone born after 2000 should be banned from smoking, leading doctors have said. There should also be a minimum unit price on alcohol, according to a study backed by the British Medical Association (BMA). The idea is to stop young people from ever starting to smoke - and the move could create the first 'smoke free generation', medics said.
