Statistics suggest that Africa is rising, but huge economic inequality among citizens remains a challenge. These were the views of former Ghanaian President Jerry Rawlings when he spoke at a seminar hosted by the Pan African Centre of Namibia (PACON) under the theme: Africa Rising. Rawlings asserts that some African countries seem to have forgotten about the support they received from the former Soviet Union and China during the struggle of liberation. Watch the video below
