There is vast difference between an economy in crisis and a rotten one- these were comments made by a minister of state when he joined UTV to justify government�s decision to go to the IMF for a bailout. Hon. Isaac Agyei Mensah, who is also the Member of Parliament for Wassa East, called on members in the New Patriotic Party to get the above distinction right before rubbishing government�s decision to run to the IMF for a bailout. He established that since the 80�s, the government of Ghana has always fallen on the IMF and abided by their directives when hit by financial crisis.
