Amanda Bynes was arrested early Sunday morning for a DUI, PEOPLE confirms with the California Highway Patrol.
Bynes, 28, was taken into custody at 3 a.m. after police stopped her on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance outside of Los Angeles, according to E! News.
