VIDEO: If We Can�t Eradicate Common Filth, We Dare Not Think About Ebola- Nduom Warns

There is no sign of the cholera outbreak going away soon in the Greater Accra Region, as cases of the disease reported at health facilities increase each day. Cases of cholera reported at health facilities across Ghana, increase each day. In the Greater Accra Region alone, it is estimated that over 6,000 cholera cases have been reported. Out of the number, the Korle-Bu Polyclinic and the La General Hospital alone have recorded 2,156 cases and this has led the flagbearer of the Progressive People�s Party, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom to conclude that there is absolutely no way Ghana can�t fight Ebola considering our poor fight against cholera. Although the nation is yet to record an Ebola case, three isolation centers have been prepared in to tackle suspected cases. The three centers are the Tema General Hospital, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi and Tamale Teaching Hospital but Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom still holds the view that Ghana would lose the fight should we record a single case.
