Research conducted by the light foundation, TLF, an NGO at some borders in the country indicates that residents around the borders are living in fear of the Ebola virus and are yearning for adequate knowledge on the disease. The research also revealed that immigration officials at the borders are not well equipped to screen people crossing the borders into the country. This was made known by the Project Coordinator of TLF, Hawa Suleiman Issah at a media briefing in Accra.
