United Cadres Front Pushes For Measures To Check Institutional Corruption

The United Cadres Front, UCF of the NDC says it is unfortunate the country has progressively crawled back to the old habits that led to the 1979 June Four uprising, which was immediately followed by the 31st December, 1981 revolution. In a statement signed by its Deputy General Secretary, Camillus Tia-Sakzeesi the group said it is regrettable that even though drastic measures were taken to restore sanity to the public sector over the rot that manifested at the time, the canker has resurfaced and is running at a faster pace than expected. The General Secretary of UCF, Efanam Nyarku says government must put measures in place to check institutional corruption.
