Kofi Jumah Writes To Prez Mahama: Please Stop The Dumsor Dumsor

Up-to-date Ghanaians are yet to enjoy an uninterrupted power supply under the current NDC Mahama-led administration. Even though President John Dramani Mahama promised to solve Ghanas erratic-power-supply some time back, the situation is yet to end under his leadership. Load shedding across the country appears to have worsened as some parts of Accra and Kumasi have been without power for four days continuously. The affected areas within the two metropolises and other parts of the country have raised concerns about security of local residents and how businesses are collapsing. However, government critic, Maxwell Kofi Jumah who seems fed-up with the inconsistent nature of power supply is pleading with the President to help resolve the situation. The former NPP Member of Parliament for Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti Region took to Facebook to address the President of the inconvenience Ghanaians are going through and what he could do to solve the problem. Kofi Jumah writes on Facebook "Please, His Excellency, John Mahama, the President of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, stop this Dumsor dumsor thing. Why should any group of people be subjected to this for six years? "Especially when the problem was solved almost seven years ago? Just allocate funds to buy fuel for the generators that use fuel to support the Akosombo, Kpong and Bui dams. "Meanwhile you can work on the gas plants to eventually take over the expensive fuel plants. That is called management. "You cannot keep your children hungry for months without food just because you expect a good harvest from your farm soon."
