Nana Addo Will Win But Don't Tease Or Insult Anyone After The Elections - Steven Ntim Tells NPP Supporters

Steven Ntim, a leading Member of the Akufo-Addo campaign Team has cautioned delegates of the partys upcoming congress, especially supporters of Nana Akufo-Addo against excessive jubilation after Saturdays polls. In his view, Nana Addo would emerge winner of the elections but would have a daunting task of uniting the whole party afterwards and being moderate in celebrating his win would go a long way in helping to achieve that aim. ..After Saturdays voting, Nana will be faced with the major challenge of bringing the party together and to do this successfully would depend on the extent of excitements with which his win would be greeted. You can jubilate but do not insult or tease anyone because we are people of one party. We must see the 2016 general elections as the greater goal, he advised on Okay Fms Ade Akyi Abia program. This comes barely forty-eight hours before the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) goes to the polls to elect its leader and flagbearer for the 2016 general elections. The Delegates Congress has been described as the second round after the first was conducted in August this year, to prune down the number of contestants to five(5). In that contest, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, the two-time presidential candidate of the NPP won at the Super Delegates' Congress of the party, held in August this year. Out of 740 ballots cast, Nana Akufo-Addo polled 598 votes, representing 80.78%, with his closest contender Alan Kyerematen obtaining a paltry tally of 59 votes representing 7.98 per cent. He is expected to win comfortably once again and Steven Ntim opines that we all know he has already won and would not be necessary to tease and insult anyone.
