National Women�s Organiser of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Otiko Afisa Djaba has disassociated herself from a statement made by her half-sister, Madam Dede Djaba. Georgette Dede Djaba, a Member of the NPP and a lawyer based in London, United Kingdom, is reported to have indicated on Amansan FM in the UK, that Nana Akufo-Addo was some time ago, arrested at Heathrow Airport on drug-related offences. When asked to bring prove her allegation, she dared Nana Addo to rather come out and deny it if he claims it is false. �Nana was a good friend; I worked for him, believed in him until I got closer and found out what I do know today,� she reportedly said. Speaking to the issue in an interaction on Peacefmonline.com, Otiko Djaba described the accusation by her sister who is the first born of their family as recycled and baseless. She further condemned those who are trying to associate her to the comments saying �I am Otiko Djaba and she is Dede Djaba�. �I disassociate myself from her comments; I don�t agree with her.�I have absolute confidence in the integrity of Akufo Addo and what she (Dede) is saying is to mar his integrity. The saboteurs of the NPP should be careful� family is to support each other and so if she cannot support me, she should not sabotage me or the NPP. If you have families do you need enemies? She has her own life to live and I also have my life to live� All enemies of Akufo Addo and Otiko, may the Holy Ghost fire burn you all,� she remarked.
