Last week, the Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of Christian Action Faith Ministries, Nicholas Duncan-Williams and award winning actress, Lydia Forson were topic for discussion on various social media. The issue had to do with some comments, among others, made about how privileged women should feel if they were proposed to by men. �Sister when you get married, be thankful and stop misbehaving because it�s seven to one. It doesn�t matter how pretty and beautiful and intelligent you are; until a man proposes to you, you are going to stay beautiful, pretty, intelligent, nice and whatever, and rotten�. �That�s what it is, and somebody needs to tell you because there [are] so many women out there misbehaving. You got to be told the truth. And the reason why a lot of marriages are not working is because everybody is afraid to offend women to tell them: �Come on girl, you got a good thing going, hold fast onto it, don�t misbehave and don�t lose it,� Nicholas Duncan-Williams told his congregation in Accra. Since the story hit the media, many including actress and film producer Lydia Forson disagreed with the man of God by writing a sarcastic letter to the bishop asking him to marry her or better still give her one of his associate married pastors to marry. Even though Lydia Forson has apologized for her comments, many have bombarded her for going that low to tarnish the image of the married pastor. However, speaking on Joy FM, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams said that, he feels privileged by Lydia Forson�s comment but not available for marriage. �I am flattered by Lydia Forson's comments but I am married,� he simply said.
