Parliaments High Seats Swallowing Shorter MPs

'Shorter' Members of Parliament (MPs) have started complaining about the high level of parliaments newly installed chairs. According to some of the legislators who spoke to Adom news, the chairs and desks devours them in such a manner that they cannot catch the eye of the speaker to make their vital comments. The high nature of the chairs, they insist also makes it difficult for them to see and interact with colleague legislators while parliament is in section. Their complains have led many of them to ask themselves if indeed they were factored into the designing of the chairs which were imported to refurbish the floor of the house. One of such MPs is Major Derek Yaw Oduro who claims he was swallowed up by the chair due to his height. The Nkoranza North MP thinks it would have been prudent for the designers of the chairs to consider the heights of the MPs before finishing with their work. Parliament yesterday reconvened for a new session.
