The Dean of the Municipal and District Chief Executives of the Volta Region, Micheal Adzaho, has appealed to government to direct District Police Commanders to give police protection to all MMDCES.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Adzaho said the murder of the Nkwanta South DCE could have been avoided if he had police escort.
