PHOTO: The Cross Over From NDC To NPP By Volta Region NDC Youth Wing

56 days more to December 31 and two years more to Ghanas general elections but it seems some supporters of the National Democratic Congress have commenced their crossover journey as christened by most churches. When you are committed to one political party and feels you are not treated very well or your party is not living up to its expectation, there are no rules in Ghana that can sojourn you from moving to your preferred party. That is exactly what some disappointed youth of the ruling NDC who are doubtful that their party [NDC] cant perform have obtained some courage to disdain and walked out of the Umbrella fraternity. Making their decision public with a white and red designed banner advertising their move to the New Patriotic Party [NPP], the disappointed youth of the NDC are calling on other youth wings willing to join the NPP to gladly register with them. In an interview with Peacefmonline.com, the leader of the group, Robert Tetteh Adgase lamented that, they are simply tired with the chaotic governance by the Mahama led administration which has left the citizenry in real need. We have followed the NDC for over 28 years and nothing better seems to come out from that party. NPPs 8-year ruling is far better than the NDC's numerous years in government. 3nkoyie [all is not well] he said. He further noted that, currently the group has over 400 new members who have crossed over from the NDC to the NPP only in the Volta Region We have other branches in Accra and Brong-Ahafo as well. Very soon we will hit the whole country, he opined.
