Founder and Leader of the defunct United Renaissance Party (URP) Charles �Chuck� Kofi Wayo has explained why he keeps criticizing former President John Agyekum Kufuor at any given opportunity.
According to him, the holier than thou attitude of Mr. Kufuor is �sickening� thus �I have taken it upon myself to expose all his evil deeds�.
�Kufuor is the president of all the corrupt people in this country; even God knows he is corrupt,� he stated sarcastically.
The maverick politician, who is also a former member of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), said he left the party because he could not stand Mr. Kufuor�s corruptible practices.
�The reason why I left the NPP is because God told me if I don�t disassociate myself from Kufuor, it will hinder my chances of going to heaven,� he told Accra based radio station, Splash FM in Accra.
Kofi Wayo could not fathom why the Mahama-led administration has not prosecuted the former president for all the corrupt deals he allegedly perpetrated under his regime.
�Kufuor would have been in prison by now if he was to be in the United States but in Africa he is walking free,� he stressed.
