Vodafone has opened a new retail outlet within the West Hills Mall to serve subscribers who encounter problems and need technical help or advice. The strategic outlet was commissioned last Friday and is divided into three zones to ensure customers moved and felt comfortable anytime they visited the place. In an interview with the Commercial Director for Vodafone Ghana, Nii Boi Adjei, he explained the reason behind the company�s decision to move into the mall. According to him, with West Hills Mall being the biggest in West Africa, they foresee most of their subscribers trooping to facility; hence their decision to draw closer to them. Within the newly opened Vodafone facility is the Tech Zone, Express Zone and Here to Help. And shedding more light on this, Nii Boi Adjei explained that staff who would work at the Tech zone would focus on internet connection and would also be available to assist customers who have problems with their devices. Issues to do with phone configuration would be dealt with within the Tech zone, he added. �Express zone would see to customers who walk in and want to purchase scratch or sim cards, whereas the Here to Help zone would focus on services such as paying of bills�, he said.
